HPPL's understands that our customers want more than just products. We provide initial and ongoing product selection, application know-how, and in-process control. Our service begins with our technical representatives who are selected, educated and dedicated to providing engineering and products to improve industrial processes. Each of them is carefully trained in the basics of metals processing, and then in specifications performance of the HPPL's line of products.

We rely on these individuals to understand customers' process needs and to respond with appropriate solutions. They ask many questions and choose from our complete range of products to meet the customer's particular requirements. Then we work with our customers to make sure the products are being applied and maintained properly to ensure that they will perform as designed.

We assist in establishing operating parameters including concentration, pH and biological controls, if necessary, and support ongoing technical assistance with our service laboratories. This service is critical to successful performance and is very much part of our product offering.

Whatever the operation - cleaning, cutting, forming, rolling or protecting - our system of analysis, product selection and application service is rigorously applied. We call the process "applied technology" and know its value to metalworking productivity.
