We have recently introduced latest generation polymer quenchant which offers oil like quenching characteristics and is especially suitable for such critical applications. This polymer works on the up concentration principle unlike the conventional polymers which exhibit inverse solubility phenomenon. This Polymer generates a much thicker stable film of high concentration on the component surface and can be used from room temperature up to 70 Degree C. This polymer can be used for wide range of applications as listed below:
